Need a video crew at Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center? Checkbox Media provides corporate event video coverage for conventions, meetings, exhibitors and event teams in the greater Orlando area.
A resort convention can move from an exhibit hall to a general session, breakout or reception. We plan the shot list around the actual schedule instead of pretending every useful moment happens in one room.
Gaylord Palms is in Kissimmee and includes both exhibit and meeting spaces. Share the exact ballroom, exhibit area or meeting room, along with the event schedule, so coverage can be planned around the property’s layout.
Venue layouts and access rules can change. Confirm production requirements with your event organizer or venue contact.
Coverage can include sponsor visibility, booth demos, speaker and attendee interviews, general sessions, gala moments and short social edits. We can work with an event organizer’s shot list or coordinate directly with a marketing team.
Venue, event date, schedule, coverage priorities and deadline. That is enough to start a practical production conversation.
Tell us the exact room, hall, booth or meeting area and how the crew should check in.
Share the moments, interviews and deliverables that matter most to your team.
Tell us if you need raw video, finished edits or selected social clips during the event.
